Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A: Egg Decorating Supplies store is online unfortunately we do not offer a printed (hard copy) of our catalogue. As we have over 3000 products our stock is constantly changing and is easier to maintain on a day to day basis.

Q: Do you sell wholesale ?
A: No sorry, we have a Retail Shop and DO NOT sell wholesale.

Q: Can I place orders to pick up?
A: Yes orders can be picked up from our shop premises. Unfortunately orders cannot be placed via our online shopping cart.
Orders can be placed by email or phone for pick up.
Egg Decorating Supplies will advise a Day/Time for completion of the order. Please allow sufficient time for processing etc.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
Yes,we ship local, interstate and world wide. Please check with your countries customs before placing orders as some items/products may not be accepted into some countries.

Q: Can I return items purchased?
A: Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page, under Terms & Conditions, for our Returns Policy.

Q: It states FREE Shipping for order $100.00 AUD,Why have I been charged for Shipping?
A: From time to time a promotion is offered for FREE P & P ( Postage & Packaging) costs. This offer is for Australian Customers ONLY and for shipping within Australia. The offer is for Standard/Regular Post ONLY and does not include insurance.

* Shipping may have been charged if the customer lives outside Australia or the parcel is being shipped overseas.
* If another option has been selected for shipping the parcel i.e: Express Post.
* If the order includes items which are EXCLUDED from our FREE shipping offer.
Egg Decorating Supplies excludes items/products which are not deemed as supplies for the hobby/craft intended, therefore P & P costs will be calculated on these items only for shipping.
*If the items/products added to the shopping cart DO NOT total $100.00 AUD. Please note: Items/Products appearing in the shopping cart are ex GST this is added after proceeding to the checkout page.  

Q: Do you have kits made up to purchase?
A: As of February 1st 2015, any Kit orders/ Pre Cut eggs ordered are now made up once the order has been placed , received and payment made in full. Unfortunately Kits/Pre Cut Eggs CANNOT be made up on the day of a visit. A Day/Time for completion will be advise for collection of any order placed. Full payment is required.

This will save on stock consumed by kits where it could potentially be sold or fulfill an order.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?
A: Yes orders can be placed by phone. Payment is required At the time of placing  phone orders.
